We are located on Packard Avenue, Durack, with modern indoor and outdoor play environments that support learning in a stimulating, playfocused setting. About the role This is a Permanent parttime opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide childrens learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector. As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family. Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children Assisting in the observation and evaluation of childrens individual strengths, interests, and preferences Design and implement activities to be included in childrens developmental program. Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment About you You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop agespecific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
