Maas Constructions has an exciting opportunity for a trade experienced carpenter with an eye for attention to detail to join their highly successful team. Experience in carpentry, painting, plastering and/or odd jobs will be beneficial to be successful in this role. Requirements: Cert IV- Building or other trade qualification (desired). Experience in a similar role. A white card. A valid drivers license. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Strong attention to detail. Good time management skills. Developed interpersonal skills. Customer service experience. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to operate excel spreadsheets. Tasks & responsibilities: Excellent time management skills. Demonstrate quality work. Training / mentoring junior staff as required. Be able to work as part of a team with other supervisors and trades people. Keep a safe site.
