The company is focused on sustainable growth, brand development, and operational excellence within the Australian financial services market.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations, strategic direction, financial performance and market growth of our financial services business in Sydney.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the General Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for business performance, corporate governance, people leadership and strategic marketing oversight, ensuring sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company.Develop, implement, and review business plans, policies, and procedures.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Lead and manage senior staff and operational teams.Strong compliance mindset with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.Prepare management reports and provide regular updates to directors.Develop and execute the company''s marketing and brand strategy.Oversee marketing planning, campaigns, and promotional activities.Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.Align marketing strategy with overall business objectives and financial targets.Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and return on investment.Work closely with internal and external marketing providers and consultants.Oversee the implementation of operational frameworks and internal controls to support efficient and compliant business operations.Key RequirementsRelevant qualifications especially RG146 and relevant.Proven experience in an executive/senior Managers role for at least 10 years in financial services especially CFDs markets, or related industries.Strong background in Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and compliance.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skillsRelevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, management, or marketing (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary package of $160,000 $200,000 + SuperannuationFull-time, ongoing leadership roleOpportunity to shape both business operations and marketing directionProfessional, collaborative, and growth-focused environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $160,000.00 $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Professional development assistanceWork Location: In person
