You''ll be responsible for the overall management of the venue, including:Leading by example to deliver high-quality service and ensuring the team maintains excellent customer standards.Handling customer complaints and enquiries.Recruitment and induction of all venue staff.Training and development of the team.Collaborating with the Feros Group Leadership Team to grow and develop the venue.Ensuring licensing, Work Health & Safety, and compliance requirements are met.Developing systems that focus on service standards and consistency.Attending strategic planning and management meetings as required.Ensuring all financial and non-financial KPIs are adhered to in venue management decisions.Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive work environment that inspires team members to perform at their best, boosts staff retention, and fuels their passion for career growth within the business.About YouYou are a hospitality professional who loves creating memorable experiences for both customers and staff. You thrive in its fast-paced environment and inspire those around you.
