Apply today through 11 Recruitment!Culture Cutz - a well-established local barber shop in Balgowlah providing quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves and personalised grooming services in a welcoming Northern Beaches environment.Responsibilities and Tasks:Provide professional hair cutting, styling and finishing services to clients, including contemporary and classic barber styles.Deliver beard trimming, shaping and grooming services tailored to client preferences.Consult with clients to understand their styling needs and provide expert recommendations.Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming barbering workspace, including sterilising tools and equipment.Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Assist with the sale of grooming products and provide product knowledge to clients.Manage customer bookings and walk-ins efficiently and with excellent service.Promote a positive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting salon operations.Qualifications and Skills:Relevant qualification in Barbering/Hairdressing or equivalent.Minimum 1 year''s experience as a Barber.Demonstrated proficiency in a range of barbering techniques (cuts, fades, beard grooming).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
