Join 365 Care, a well-established and growing Home Care Provider, and be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality, client-centred support to older Australians.This is a Part-Time, 12 month contract (16 hours per week) based at our Penrith office, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.The Business Support Officer is responsible for ensuring every client receives a professional, high-quality experience from their first point of contact. As a key support role across phone support, intake, administration, client feedback and budgeting, this position helps maintain service excellence and supports the delivery of outstanding care.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls, managing enquiries, and resolving or escalating issues appropriately.Support client onboarding by working closely with the Intake Team and following up on new client enquiries.Enhance the client experience by conducting post-sign-up follow-ups, gathering feedback, and assisting with complaint management and service improvements.Maintain accurate client records and provide administrative support across CRM systems, the My Aged Care Portal, and general business operations.Assist with budgeting preparation for prospective Home Care Package clients and provide administrative support for business development activities and events.About YouDemonstrated experience in a phone support/reception role, preferably in the community sectorFamiliarity with the My Aged Care Portal and administrative processes.Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and a continuous improvement mindset.Why join 365 Care?At 365 Care, you''ll be part of a supportive team that''s passionate about delivering outstanding aged care.
