Our people share a common goal and vision - to provide better insights to our referring clinicians and their patients.About the role: 4Cyte Pathology are currently seeking expressions of interest for multidisciplinary scientists for our Brisbane based laboratory. The successful candidates must have a completed a Bachelor of Medical Science (or equivalent) degree. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary lab including haematology, biochemistry, endocrinology and genetics (seminal motility testing) is favourable. You must be a highly motivated and driven individual with a ''can do'' attitude, superior customer service skills, good communication, organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with a high degree of attention to detail.Requirements:A recognised qualification at a minimum BSc level.Performing testing in accordance with 4Cyte''s processes and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office and experience in Ultra LIS is preferred.Ensuring NATA and QAP quality standards are maintained.Adherence of Quality Management Systems and Processes.Ability to prioritise and organise workflow safely and efficiently.Maintaining and utilising equipment and instruments.Exhibit high level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Must be committed to working rotating shifts including weekends.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.If you have the appropriate qualifications please forward a cover letter and CV by 28th February 2025.
