Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our Melbourne Atelier, reflecting our commitment to premium materials and artisanal craftsmanship.Casual Position: available on Saturdays, Sundays and MondaysStart: End of FebruaryAvailable for training prior to start date.We are looking for a confident and passionate Casual Retail Sales Assistant to support both our new Armadale store, and Richmond Atelier. This role involves a combination of luxury client service and sales support.Key Responsibilities:Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with A-ESQUE''s brand ethos and service standards.Overseeing daily store and sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.Cultivate and expand the client database through thoughtful, personalised engagement and follow-up.Maintain in-store presentation, whilst supporting and executing brand marketing initiatives.Manage online sales operations, including order processing and dispatch, with precision and care.Represent A-ESQUE with unwavering professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.About You:Demonstrated experience in customer facing retail positions within a premium or luxury brand environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational capabilities, with a polished and professional manner.Strong proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient and accurate operations.A genuine passion for fashion, accessories, and the luxury retail landscape.Holder of a valid Driver Licence.Preferred:Background in fashion, design or art.Experience in a luxury fashion retail environment.To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to Chloe at [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
