What you will doAt VCV Brisbane South you will provide efficient aftersales service by identifying, sourcing and selling truck and bus parts to our valued customers.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Daily upkeep of retail displaysHighlight current specials for customer visibilityActively market and sell parts to meet business targetsDevelop and maintain customer base, generating new businessCoordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts ServicesRespond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returnsProvide prompt and courteous service to customersEffectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team membersPerform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and orderingRaise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation.Your future teamReporting to the Parts Manager, you will work in a team of 15 parts interpreters and leads, and alongside a warehouse team of 7. You''ll be based fulltime at our Brisbane South dealership in Wacol, beside the Volvo Group Australia headquarters.Who are you?We believe your behaviours and attributes are as important as technical skills.
