OverviewJoin the Smile-Making Team at Maven Dental Burnside. Maven Dental Burnside is looking for a Part-time Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused team. This role is primarily front desk/reception-based, with occasional dental assisting duties as required.Hours and AvailabilityTuesdays: Late night until 7:30 PMWednesdays: Earlier finish at 4:30 PMPotential third day: Fridays 8:30 AM 5:15 PMWeekly hours: 17.25 hours for 2 days, or 25.5 hours for 3 daysAvailability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is non-negotiableOpportunity to grow into a full-time position in the futureResponsibilitiesPatient reception, scheduling, and phone enquiriesMaintaining accurate patient records and billingEnsuring compliance with practice policies, WHS, and infection controlOccasional chairside assistance and preparation of treatment roomsInstrument sterilisation and patient care supportQualificationsProven experience as a Dental Receptionist; Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageousStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously on reception dutiesExperience with Oasis PMS is advantageous, but not essentialMust have own transportWorking With Children Check (WWCC) required or willingness to obtainWhy Join Maven Dental Burnside?Located in Burnside, our practice offers a welcoming environment in a vibrant and well-connected suburb.
