You''ll be the bridge between complex participant care and the professional growth of your team.Your Impact:Mentor & Lead:Provide 1:1 supervision and facilitate monthly peer groups for graduates and early-career clinicians.Clinical Strategy:Use your expertise to assess complex cases and oversee caseload allocations.Operational Support:Ensure your discipline thrives through expert guidance and NDIS compliance.Community Care:Deliver meaningful therapy across school, home, and clinic settings.Diversity:Manage a team of up to 10 clinicians in OT or SLP.
