Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a program that aims to provide specialist support to people living with disabilities seeking employment.The OpportunityIt is a combination of Diversity Recruitment Specialist and Workforce Retention consultant roles. The purpose of these roles is to build and maintain relationships with employers, ensuring employers are aware and open to hiring individuals with disabilities. You will focus on providing post placement support to participants ensuring they remain employed in their jobs and receive necessary support, tools and education to maintain a successful working relationship.Job type: Permanent Full-time, 38 hours per weekLocation: Caringbah and Rockdale NSWSalary: $65,866 per annum + super and $15,900 in salary packaging + monthly RDOsYour Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToConnecting participants/clients to inclusive job opportunities through reverse marketing.Undertaking assessments to determine the support needs of participants and facilitating job search workshops for groups using interactive methods, focusing on resume building, interview preparation and other employment readiness topics.Maintaining accurate records of participant interactions and compliance with all guidelines.Working with participants and employer to ensure smooth transition into the workplace, keeping both parties informed of key dates and servicing requirements.Essential CriteriaExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsHighly developed administrative and organisational skillsAbility to work in a target based, fast paced environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people across different cultures and backgroundsAbility to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-taskAbility to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a teamHigh level of computer literacySatisfactory background checks including Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Knowledge of and commitment to child safe standards and mandatory reporting requirementsCurrent driver''s licence (minimum P2)Comprehensive Car Insurance and Motor Vehicle RegistrationWe are wanting to hear from candidates who enjoy providing a positive customer and client experience, thrive in a target-based environment, are motivated by exceeding their professional and personal goals.
