Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a program that aims to provide specialist support to people living with disabilities seeking employment.The OpportunityIt is a combination of Diversity Recruitment Specialist and Workforce Retention consultant roles. The purpose of these roles is to build and maintain relationships with employers, ensuring employers are aware and open to hiring individuals with disabilities.
