In this vital role, you will ensure the facility is appropriately staffed in line with operational needs, aged care standards, and legislative requirements. You will also provide essential administrative support to assist the Facility Manager in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This position suits someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment, with excellent organisation skills and a passion for supporting a caring team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and maintain effective staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.Liaise with staff, management, and external agencies regarding rostering, leave, and shift replacements.Provide administrative, reception, and clerical support to the Facility Manager.Support recruitment, induction, and retention activities for new and existing employees.Maintain staff records.Participate in quality and compliance activities in alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards.Assist with audits, staff communications, and general operational reporting.About YouYou are a highly organised professional who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and care.
