OverviewWe''re currently searching for a skilled Plant Operator to join our Bitumen Services and Road Maintenance teams.Full TimeJob Number: R2714Applications Close: 4pm, Thursday 12 February 2026About the opportunityDelivers road and roadside maintenance, safely operates plant, and supports bitumen season works including traffic management, reinstatement, and marking.What you will bringIdeally the successful applicant will have the following:Current Heavy Combination Truck LicenceAbility to operate various items of plant and equipment associated with civil construction or road maintenance worksHold a Traffic Controllers Statement of AttainmentHold a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtainHold a current Construction Induction Card accredited by Work Safe Victoria or be willing to obtainSalary and conditionsThe position is classified within Band 3 of Council''s Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $69,967 to $74,110 per annum including industry allowance and maintenance allowance plus statutory superannuation.
