They will have retail experience restocking merchandise, using a point of sale system and customer service. Experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite will be an asset.To be successful in this role you will have a can-do attitude and excellent customer service.The Trainee Customer Service is responsible for:Providing high-quality support to customers and staffEnsuring accurate data entry and record-keepingParticipating fully in training and professional development activitiesRequirementsNSW Drivers LicenceSchool Certificate (Year 10 or equivalent)The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously as requiredGeneral knowledge of the MS OfficeSuite of products will be advantageousINTERESTED?
