Experienced Aged Care Casual EN/RN willing to travel between Launceston & HobartWe have an urgent requirement for a casual Aged Care EN or RN who is already living locally and ready to commence. This role cannot accommodate relocation or delayed start dates.About UsAt Access Telehealth, we connect people to healthcare, wherever they live.As Australia''s leading Telehealth provider, Access Aged Care partners with Aged Care homes across the country to deliver co-managed primary care, improving health outcomes for older Australians.We''re growing fast and looking for passionate nurses to join our team of professionals who are changing the way care is delivered.The OpportunityWe''re seeking Casual Aged Care Nurses to travel across Launceston to support our clinical teams on the ground.You''ll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating Telehealth consults with GPs, Geriatricians, and Physicians, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.This is a casual and flexible role ideal for someone who loves autonomy and variety, while still making a real difference in aged care.Working PatternWe may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs. You''ll get your roster one week in advance.You''ll work on site at aged care facilities during your scheduled shifts, supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating Telehealth consults. Although you''ll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work from home role.Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner facilities.
