Experienced Aged Care RN/EN required for casual work across PerthFrom Mandurah to Karrinyup come and work for an innovative business changing the way care is delivered.About UsAt Access Telehealth we connect people to healthcare wherever they live.As Australia''s leading Telehealth provider Access Aged Care partners with Aged Care homes across the country to deliver co-managed primary care improving health outcomes for older Australians.We''re growing fast and looking for passionate nurses to join our team of professionals who are changing the way care is delivered.The OpportunityWe''re seeking Casual Nurses to travel across Perth to support our clinical teams on the ground.You''ll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating Telehealth consults with GPs, Geriatricians and Physicians ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.This is a casual and flexible role ideal for someone who loves autonomy, variety and the chance to see new places while still making a real difference in aged care.Working PatternThis role involves travel across different regions which may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs.You''ll work on site at aged care facilities during your scheduled shifts supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating Telehealth consults. Although you''ll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work-from-home role.Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner facilities.
