Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead site teams, manage resources, and drive productivity across multiple work fronts. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to resolve challenges in a dynamic environment.Key Accountabilities:Lead structures delivery on site with both pre-cast and FRP worksEnforce safety and quality standardsManage resources and critical pathCoordinate self-performing teams and subcontractorsMonitor progress, drive program and report to leadershipExecute construction plans with support from the SuperintendentResolve site issues promptlyExperience we are looking for:Experience in Construction Supervision with extensive experience in concrete structuresExperience managing Supervisors and their productivity in the fieldWorking with engineers in planning and methodologyTrade certificate or equivalent qualificationConstruction Induction Training (White Card)RIW Card and current First Aid certificationCurrent driver licenseWhat We OfferAt ACCIONA, you''ll work on complex, high-profile projects that shape Australia''s infrastructure future.
