This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.**About the Opportunity**As Safety Advisor, you will support the project team to implement and monitor safety systems, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ACCIONA standards. You will work closely with supervisors and subcontractors to foster a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across site operations.**Key Accountabilities*** Monitor and enforce WHS compliance* Conduct site inspections and audits* Deliver toolbox talks and safety training* Investigate incidents and recommend actions* Maintain accurate safety documentation* Support supervisors with risk assessments**Required Skills and Competencies*** Cert IV in WHS or equivalent* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation* Experience in civil infrastructure projects* Ability to influence and engage teams*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company''s commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
