OverviewAs a Booking Co-Ordinator in Customer Care, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with our customers to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. You will play a key role in the customer journey by proactively engaging with clients, booking seating assessments, and coordinating with our Customer Care team.Our Booking Co-Ordinator plays a key part in the customer journey, booking seating assessments with clients, and forming part of the front line of inbound call answering along with the Customer Care team.ResponsibilitiesAnswering telephone calls and emails from our customers in a timely mannerBooking seating and FloorBed assessments into the relevant product specialist''s diaryWorking closely with the product specialist team and ISC colleagues to ensure most efficient use of PS''s dayOccasionally outbound calls and emails may be required to customers to promote assessmentsProcessing credit card expenses for product specialistsGeneral support for sales teamKey goals and KPIsAssessment bookingsMissed call rateQualifications and trainingIt is desirable that the postholder has:Qualification to A-level standard or equivalentExperience and knowledgeIt is desirable that the postholder has:Customer service experienceRelevant product and industry knowledgeDesirable previous experience of managing diariesSkills and abilitiesIt is essential that the postholder has:Effective and confident telephone skills, with an excellent level of EnglishA good understanding of geographical areas across the countryAbility to learn to use internal diary systems and Google mapsAbility to calculate travel time accurately between locationsAbility to work effectively in a teamGood ICT skillsOther requirementsIt is essential that the postholder has:Attention to detail, with good planning and organisational skillsDrive and enthusiasmPositive, confident and determined approachContinuous improvement mindsetFull driving licenceEssential Skills for Making a DifferenceWe take health and safety seriously and expect our team members to adhere to our policies.
