In addition to ensuring residents'' daily living needs are met, the MSW''s working day is based entirely around resident choices such as when they start their day, what they eat or daily interests and experiences.A MSW is more than just support, a MSW''s job satisfaction will be met by providing person-directed care at all times. Participating in residents'' day-to-day life, deeply understanding them and contributing to a positive experience of living well in one of the 8 new small-scale homes at Healthia. The MSW will be a valued team member and the team working together will achieve a person directed care and living model within each home.The role will be empowered to deliver and promote high quality of life, positive ageing and advocacy for residents.
