As a Student Progress Officer, you''ll play a key role in helping students stay on track with their studies and achieve their goals. You''ll work directly with students, academic staff, and student services teams to identify challenges early, provide meaningful support, and ensure every student has the best chance of success.The RoleThis is a handson student support role where no two days look the same. You will :Monitor student progress and identify those at risk of falling behindConduct intervention meetings, developing tailored action plans with studentsProvide advice on course variations and enrolment adjustmentsKeep accurate, compliant records to support regulatory requirements across VET and Higher EducationCollaborate with academic, wellbeing, and student services staff to ensure a coordinated approachEscalate complex cases to your Team Leader and contribute to continuous improvement of our processesQualificationsYou''ll thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive, and passionate about student success.
