This involves taking responsibility for employee engagement, client satisfaction, profit, revenue, and quality targets.In your role, you set forth as a model example ensuring Acquire Intelligence''s values based culture is consistent throughout the organisation and is measured through performance management.Responsibilities (not limited to)Quality, service delivery, retention and growth of our Australian clientsDefine and implement annual budget and business operational plansProduce business performance reports and provide regular reports to the COO, Global operations and Executive committee as requiredWork in partnership with sales and commercial teams on strategy and business development for the Australian clients'' delivery centresCoordinate and develop all departments within the Australian clients'' delivery centers and ensures operational and strategic goals are achievedManage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training.Promote and demonstrate Acquire Intelligence''s values internally and externally.Ensures Acquire Intelligence''s values are lived throughout our organization.Drive a highly compliant operating model in line with all Information Security and Compliance PoliciesA BIT ABOUT YOUBased in PH or willing to relocateQuarterly trips to AU (more if required)5+ years direct BPO/ call centre industry senior leadership experience, preferably comprised of 5+ years operational and delivery experienceA motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teamsStrong mentorship to coach and develop operations leadersResults oriented and a cando attitude with ability to manage change and multitask while creating a positive environmentExperience in budgeting and financial planningStrong organizational and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including peoplemanagement, leadership and both written and verbal communication skillsAbility to deliver the highest standards of customer serviceMEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESSBusiness performance metrics, including financial targetsEmployee retention metricsClient engagement and retentionPositive feedback from business stakeholdersCompliance level of company policiesEffectiveness and efficiency in servicing the business needs by leveraging on people, process, technology and dataDemonstration of positive attitude and spirit of passionWHAT WE VALUECurious and Clever: Smart questions spark smart solutions.Entrepreneurial Energy: Think like an owner.
