In this dynamic role, you''ll design and deliver highquality training, ensure learning meets compliance and operational requirements, guide apprentices through their development journey, and support continuous improvement across our training programs. If you''re passionate about building skills, fostering growth, and making a real impact, we''d love to hear from you.Key responsibilities:Design, develop and verify accredited learning materials. Create training programs, course resources, assessments, and instructional methods that meet AQF Standards, ISO9001 requirements, and organisational documentation standards. Verify materials with relevant subject matter experts.Deliver and facilitate engaging, learnercentred training. Teach across various environments using presentations, workshops, labs, discussions, and multimedia tools. Adapt delivery to different learning needs and styles, and assign exercises tailored to learner capabilities.Assess learner competence and track progress. Conduct theory and practical assessments (including in-field), grade assignments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate RTOcompliant records of learner progress, attendance, and training activities.Support apprentices and manage endtoend training coordination. Assist the Apprentice Team Lead, coordinating rotations, training activities, and stakeholder interactions to ensure successful apprenticeship completion.Build strong stakeholder relationships and uphold safety standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training meets business needs, manage training administration processes, and actively promote Winning Safety Behaviours across the organisation.Please see the attached position descriptions to view the full list of responsibilities for these roles.Our ideal candidate:Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and ESI industry training frameworkCertificate IV Training and AssessmentDemonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of the Electrical Distribution IndustryTrade qualification in Electrotechnology and/or ESI Power SystemsDemonstrated experience in the preparation, of a range of documentation, to support learning activities which are clear, concise and readily understood by the intended audience and comply with the Australian Quality Framework and ISO9001Demonstrated experience in developing and contextualising training materialYou take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.About EvoenergyWe own, maintain and operate the electricity distribution network in the ACT and the gas network in the ACT and parts of NSW.
