Operating from our Perth-based modular fabrication facility to project sites statewide, we pride ourselves on delivering safe, reliable, and professional outcomes for our clients.The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and detail-driven HR Officer & Administrator to support our growing operations.This diverse role works closely with senior management and the administration team, providing HR coordination and high-quality administrative support across the business.If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and are comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, this role will suit you perfectly.Key ResponsibilitiesHR OfficerProvide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.Maintain accurate employee and subcontractor records within HR systems.Support probation reviews, performance management processes, and training coordination.Manage apprenticeship-related claims and documentation.AdministrationAssist with month-end reporting requirements.Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Support accounts receivable activities including invoicing, reconciliations, and debtor management.Assist with day-to-day office operations.About YouWe''re looking for someone who can bring a positive attitude, strong organisational capability, and a commitment to accuracy.
