As the business continues to grow, we''re seeking an Operations Manager to bring structure, leadership and consistency to project delivery.About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for the smooth execution of projects once they are handed over from Sales or Estimating. You''ll oversee workflow, people, resources and site standards - ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard. You''ll work closely with the General Manager, Managing Director and be supported by an Operations Coordinator who manages much of the reporting, scheduling, lead contact management and fleet administration. This allows you to stay focused on leadership, delivery and operational excellence.
