You will promote and improve the provision of care, dialogue with residents'' families and representatives, as well as directing and managing staff to ensure the delivery of quality resident care.About YouAs the right person at the right time in the right place, you will have the following:Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registrationDemonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement livingBasic computer skills and ability to use resident programsDemonstrated skills and experience in:Leading and supervisingWriting and reportingWorking with people and contributing to a positive workplace culturePlanning and organisingDeciding and initiating actionCurrent driver''s licenseCurrent NDIS clearance and AHPRA registrationWillingness to undertake pre-employment medical screeningAbout Adventist Senior LivingAged care is never just a job.
