If you''re a hands-on leader with a strong carpentry background and the drive to get the job done right this is your opportunity to build something meaningful.Scope of Works Includes: Formwork construction Small concreting works including steel fixing and pours General carpentry tasks Leading a small team to ensure safe, quality, and timely deliverySkills & Experience Required: Qualified Carpenter with demonstrated site-based experience Proven leadership or Leading Hand experience Strong understanding of formwork and minor concreting Ability to read and interpret plans and follow scopes of work Solid understanding of WHS and ability to lead a team safely Construction White Card High level of reliability, initiative, and communicationBonus Points For: Civil experience operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, or trucks RIIs or VOCs for plant machinery Experience in industrial or heavy industry environmentsWhy Join Aestec?
