The Senior League is currently comprised of 14 competitions which includes Men''s Under 19.5s, Women''s Under 20s, Opens (Men''s and Women''s) and Masters. The competitions include Premier Division Men''s and Women''s where many AFL and AFLW Draftees have made their start to senior football, and Divisional football for the everyday player. AFL Sydney service 22 clubs who are located across the entire Greater Sydney region and have 130 teams taking the field each round of the season.Our aim is to continue to grow and develop the game by providing:professionally managed and competitively balanced community football competitionsclearly defined pathway from auskick to the eliteclear and proactive Communication to our football communityhigh quality AFL community football eventsThe Competition Coordinator Greater Sydney will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective conduct of the AFL Sydney Seniors competitions.The primary responsibility is the sound administration and day-to-day operations of the AFL Sydney Seniors competitions. This will include responsibility for competition planning and operations plus effective communication with clubs and other key stakeholders.
