This role provides specialist nursing education and guidance to participants and mentors in the Nursing Transition to Practice Programs.Please note this is a full-time fixed term position which will end 30 June 2027.In this role you will:Contribute to the design and development of contemporary nursing curriculum and learning materials.Deliver high-quality education, including live online teaching sessions, coursework development, and assessment marking.Source and maintain relevant learning resources to support program participants.Promote strong learner engagement and retention through proactive support strategies.Monitor and assess data relating to learner and mentor participation and progress.Support the broader team to achieve Program Key Performance Indicators.Coordinate and deliver program outcomes aligned with Ageing Australia''s Workforce Strategy.Assist with the identification and development of new products, programs, and initiativesEnsure all reporting deadlines and compliance obligations are met.Monitor learner progress, identify participants at risk of non-completion, and implement targeted intervention.Maintain and support online learning hubs and portals.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to innovate and streamline processes.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular and effective communicationRepresent the organisation at relevant forums, meetings, conferences, and network events as required.Stay informed of developments across the aged care workforce to ensure programs remain current and sector relevant.About you:Holds a current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.Relevant qualification(s) that underpin the delivery of Ageing Australia Services & Sector Capacity ''initiatives''.Significant experience working in Aged and Community Care and education delivery (Hospital/Uni/Tafe/RTO).Knowledge, experience and an understanding of the Aged Services sector, key reforms and challenges.Highly developed knowledge of the principles of the adult learning journey and current trends and developments in the training environment.Face to Face & Online session presentation & training experience.Understanding and commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, Access & Equity, Work Health & Safety and Ethical Working practices.Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment in supporting and delivering project-based work and activities.Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.Experience in providing high level customer service across all levels of the organisation in a timely, accurate and professional manner.How to applyClick the "Apply" button and submit with your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
