About the jobATTN: Inventory & Supply ManagersAgeMate is an Australian founded company in the longevity space, marketing a fast growing, subscription based supplement product across multiple global markets. We are seeking a full time Inventory & Supply Manager, Melbourne based, to join our team.This role offers a salary of $130,000 to $140,000 inclusive of super, with hybrid work flexibility of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. We are a growing team of almost 20, headquartered in Cremorne, Melbourne.The RoleAs an Inventory & Supply Manager at AgeMate, you will play a critical role in owning and shaping our planning and inventory capability across all regions.You will develop and lead the planning process that converts demand inputs into supply and inventory outcomes, ensuring plans support growth, service levels, and cashflow. You will partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive aligned decision making as the business scales.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced eCommerce environment, enjoys optimising planning to drive the business, and is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.About YouYou live and breathe planning and genuinely enjoy turning data into clear commercial outcomes. You get deep into the numbers, understand the financial impact behind planning decisions, and can explain inventory, cashflow, and trade offs in a way that makes CFOs half jokingly ask whether you want to join the finance team.You are a trusted partner to Marketing. They can bounce ideas and growth plans without friction, knowing you will help translate ambition into executable supply and inventory plans rather than slow things down.You are proactive by nature and have a strong understanding of Operations. You identify out of stock risks, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances well before they become problems, and you bring practical solutions long before issues impact customers.You can move easily between a big picture view and the detail, diagnosing problems at a high level for senior discussions, then diving deep into the data to uncover root causes and provide clear, actionable insights.You enjoy building structure without overengineering, setting clear accountability, and owning planning outcomes end to end.
