They are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join their creative team, working full-time for 1-3 months.This vital role will be to coordinate creative design requirements and ensure the cost effective, quality creation and timely delivery of communication and marketing collateral.You will be supporting the Creative Director and will monitor and contribute to process improvements for the design process.The Opportunity:Manage design projects on behalf of the Creative teamUpon receipt of briefs, ensure all assets have been provided before commencing workMeet with stakeholders at the start of the project to review the brief, ensure it is clear in terms of creative direction, budget, timeframe and relevance to the clients'' prioritiesPrepare schedules for stakeholder approval and provide to designers before the commencement of workBrief internal and external design resources, ensuring objectives, deliverables, timelines and any budgets are clearly communicatedBrief Production team on production requirements such as photography/videography, large format or print projectEnsure project stakeholders are kept informed of progress, identifying any projects delays or issues that may affect delivery quality and budgetsProvide accurate advice and guidance to stakeholders when problems and issues ariseUnderstand best-practice design and branding principles and promote to stakeholdersWork with the CD to assess and constructively critique creative work to ensure designs meet objectives and branding.You:Live in Melbourne and have local design experienceStudio Management experience is requiredHave an excellent understanding of the creative process, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously in a fast-turnaround environmentProven experience in a similar role, with an ability to assess briefs, prepare schedules, manage budget and effectively deliver on project objectiveExperience in constructively assessing creative elements to ensure best-practice design principles are adhered to and quality outcomes are producedKnowledge and demonstrated understanding of the client brand, brand management principles, brand style guidelines, and their applicationsStrong team player, with well-developed communication and negotiation skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliersPlease Note: salary listed is a guide only #J-18808-Ljbffr
