Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Medical Typist with a strong QA/QC focus to join the team in a fully remote capacity.About the RoleThis role is ideal for an experienced medical typist/ Senior Medical Administrator who has a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of psychiatric and psychological reporting standards. You will be responsible for quality-checking, auditing, and improving the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of clinical documentation, particularly medicolegal and assessment reports.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality assurance and quality control of psychiatric and psychological reportsProofreading and auditing medical typing for accuracy, structure, and formattingEnsuring reports meet clinical, medicolegal, and regulatory standardsReviewing templates, workflows, and turnaround times for continuous improvementIdentifying recurring errors and implementing corrective processesProviding feedback and guidance to medical typists and admin staffSupporting onboarding and training to uphold documentation standardsLiaising with clinicians and administration to maintain consistency and qualityRequirementsMust have demonstrated experience as a medical typist, ideally within psychiatry or psychologyPrevious exposure to QA/QC, auditing and medical administrationStrong understanding of clinical terminology and report formattingExperience in private practice highly regardedFamiliarity with medicolegal or veteran health reporting is an advantageExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office and medical practice softwareSelf-directed and confident working in a fully remote environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
