Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients, offering a turnkey workforce solution to capture and deliver the top talent needed to complete successful projects by aligning with the unique needs of our clients.Senior Environmental AdvisorDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTechnicalProject manage the development of client Offshore environmental approvals to support the Victoria Offshore Project (VOP)Provide operational support and track commitments for client offshore activities to ensure compliance with Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006Development and submit monthly incident and annual reports for relevant regulatorsGeneralDirect engagement with internal and external stakeholders on environmental mattersCoordinate the delivery of external environmental advice to support the development of environmental approvals (OPP, Environment Plans)Participate in internal and external audits / inspections as requiredThe ability to be pro-active and work under limited supervisionKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience10+ years relevant environmental experience at offshore and onshore assets, in the oil and gas resources sectorDemonstrated experience coordinating offshore environmental projects in AustraliaSound knowledge and understanding of regulatory processes pertaining to offshore oil and gas activitiesQualificationsTertiary qualifications in a relevant science or engineering discipline.Only candidates with the right to work in Australia will be considered.(Australia Citizen, PR Holder, or Valid Australia working VISA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
