OverviewThe Office Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing administrative support across the AKG and Daisy Hill sales offices. This role ensures systems, processes, branding, and office presentation are maintained to a high standard while supporting agents to perform at their best.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationManage office printers, internet, phones, stationery, and postageMaintain office presentation, office cleanliness and creating a professional working environmentOrder agent business cards and general marketing materials for agent and officeSystems & TechnologyManage and update Domain and REA profiles and listingsWorking with CRM systemsOversee trust receipting processesSupport auditing processes when requiredSales, Compliance & SettlementsPrepare and manage agent contractsProcess Form 6s and Form 10s when requiredAssist with settlements and transaction coordinationSupport property launches and campaign setupProvide rentals assistance when neededPeople & InductionsManage office onboarding and offboarding processesProvide ongoing administrative support to agentsSkills & AttributesStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfident with real estate systems, compliance, and documentationProactive, reliable, and solutions-focusedExperiencePrevious experience in a real estate office management or senior administration role preferredKnowledge of sales, settlements, trust accounting, and compliance processes highly regardedMust be flexible to work between our three offices, Daisy Hill, Marsden and Brookwater officeMonday to Friday 9am - 5pmThe successful candidate will be required to attend training at the Brookwater office location.Unlock job insightsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as an office manager?How many years'' experience do you have in the real estate industry?BenefitsPerks and benefits.
