A private owner in Paradise Point is seeking a dedicated Boat Detailer & Maintainer to care for a stunning fleet of vessels.About the FleetA 100-foot Horizon super yacht and Zodiac tenderA 70-foot Sunreef sailing catamaran and Smuggler tenderA 50-foot racing catamaranA 29-foot Mako centre consoleThree jet skis and associated equipmentKey ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough exterior washdowns across all vesselsWax exterior surfaces and polish stainless-steel fittingsClean, treat, and maintain teak decking surfacesWash, polish, and maintain all external glassConduct regular engine room cleaningFlush outboard motors and ensure proper care of jet skis and tendersMaintain and troubleshoot auxiliary systems including water purification units, air conditioning, satellite navigation, generators and other electrical/mechanical systemsKeep detailed maintenance logs and schedule required services or tradesCoordinate and oversee external trades for specialised repairs and servicingEnsure vessels are safe, operational and always ready for useAssist with vessel refits and yard maintenance workAssist with deckhand tasks when required away from portThis role requires a high level of care, precision, and accountability to ensure all vessels always remain in immaculate condition.About youExceptional attention to detailSelf-driven and not afraid of hard workAbility to problem-solve and troubleshoot independentlyDetailing experience highly desirable but not essentialMust hold a valid Australian Driver''s LicenseWhat we offerPermanent full-time employment (40 hours per week)A friendly and professional working environmentPotential to assist with deckhand duties on vesselsWork on a diverse and impressive fleet in a stunning locationIf you have a passion for boats and are ready to progress your maritime career with a generous remuneration package, please apply now and we will be in contact! #J-18808-Ljbffr
