Reporting to the Director of People, the role provides independent oversight, assurance and advisory support to senior leaders across HR and Payroll. The focus is on identifying risk, ensuring compliance with statutory and industrial obligations, and strengthening governance frameworks across workforce systems. This is not an operational payroll or HR role. You will not process payroll or manage systems daytoday. Instead, you will design and operate compliance, assurance and accesscontrol frameworks and provide authoritative advice at a senior level.
