OverviewAbout The OpportunityWe are looking for an Office Manager to run the day to day operations of the Logicalis Australia Melbourne office in Richmond. You will be the face of the office and ensure everything runs smoothly for our people, clients and visitors.This role suits someone proactive, organised and confident managing a busy workspace. Travel coordination is a key priority and you will take ownership of bookings, itineraries and approvals.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating all travel bookings, including flights, accommodation and transportRunning reception and being the main point of contact for visitors, staff and couriersManaging office operations, including supplies, meeting rooms and kitchen areasOverseeing deliveries, mail and courier bookingsHandling general office queries and supporting staff day to dayCleaning and maintaining the office coffee machine and arranging servicingLiaising with building management, cleaners and service providersHandling all office servicing requirementsCoordinate catering for internal offices across Victoria and New South WalesManage weekly postings on The Hub (our internal intranet), including internal events, All Staff communications, and event recordingsBe involved in and assist with on-site events and visits, particularly those involving the Responsible Business and Marketing teams and work experience programmesPromoting sustainable practices across the officeEnsuring the Melbourne office is welcoming, organised and always readyWhat You Will BringStrong office management or front of house experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive and solutions focused approachConfidence juggling multiple tasks and staying organisedComfortable taking ownership and running the showAn interest in sustainability is a bonus and very welcomeAbility to work onsite from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to FridayMost importantly, you are Confident, Capable, Curious and Customer Obsessed.
