ASX listed and delivering worldclass performance, we have operational bases in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.What''s the role on offer?Based onsite in our Brisbane Hangar facilities, this handson and dynamic role will support our Engineering team by managing the tools, ground support equipment (GSE) and facilities that keep us operational and safe. As the Facility & Equipment Officer, you will ensure compliance and maintenance across key engineering assets while helping improve safety and efficiency.Coordinate the maintenance, compliance and purchasing of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), tooling and engineering facilities.Assist in managing tooling inventory, including shelflife and calibration, ensuring readiness for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.Support Maintenance Planners to ensure required tooling and GSE availability across all work programmes.Identify and implement process improvements across facilities and equipment management.Provide support to internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with safety and OH&S standards.Promote a culture of safety and reporting across engineering operations, complying with the Alliance Airlines Corporate Safety Manual.What''s in it for me?Novated Leasing for Employees bundle all car running costs into one regular taxeffective payment.Salary Packaging another option to increase takehome pay.Discounted Qantas Club memberships.Discounted tickets to REDS (QRU) Games and merchandise.Discounted hotels, tours and cruises qualify for discounts on a wide range of vacation options.Who we are looking forA valid manual driver''s licence, forklift licence and ability to gain ASIC and Airside Authority.Experience using computerbased systems and confidence communicating with suppliers and contractors.An eye for detail and a logical, accurate approach to task execution.Some experience with Dangerous Goods shipping, fabrication or general automotive maintenance is beneficial.A strong sense of teamwork and a commitment to Alliance values Performance, Purpose, People & Service.Familiarity with aviation or engineering support environments is advantageous.Does this sound like you?If the sound of this role excites you and you have the skills, we''d love to hear from you.
