This full-time role is based in Sydney, with on-site work across the greater region supporting our valued customers and secure client environments.As a critical extension of our Remote Hands, Operations and Support teams, you''ll deliver hands-on, on-site technical support across infrastructure, end-user devices, and networking environments. It is highly regarded if already held.You take pride in accuracy and workmanship, with strong communication skills when engaging users and support teams.You''re comfortable managing multiple site visits, priorities, and timeframes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.You follow procedures closely and demonstrate sound judgement when working in secure or regulated environments.You''re proactive and solutions-focused, able to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks with minimal supervision.You''re collaborative, reliable, and approachable, representing Alliance SI''s values on-site and contributing to continuous improvement.About usAlliance SI is a fast-growing business with bold ambitions.
