We are a proudly family owned & operated company with a strong commitment to innovation, quality and customer service.About The Role:As a Sales Representative based in Victoria, you will play a critical role in expanding our market share and building strong relationships with key customers in the region including South Australia.You will be responsible for:Proactively prospecting and qualifying new leads.Building and maintaining long term relationships with key decision makers within the construction industry, including plumbers, builders, specifiers and merchants.Presenting and selling Allproof''s extensive range of drainage amd passive fire protection products.Identifying and understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.Negotiating and closing deals.Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations.Achieving and exceeding sales targets.Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies.Maintaining accurate records and reporting.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work for a well established and respected company with a strong culture.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Comprehensive training and development programs.Chance to make a real difference in the construction industry.Who we are looking for:Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the construction industry.Strong understanding of the construction industry and its key players in Victoria.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Highly motivated, self disciplined and results orineted.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & CRM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
