We deliver blended learning solutions that give tradespeople across Australia the skills and licenses they need without the traditional limitations of classroom-based learning.Your RoleYou''ll be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, delivering a professional and supportive experience from first contact to course commencement. This role blends sales performance with genuine care, ensuring students feel informed, confident, and excited to begin their learning journey.As a Sales Executive, you''ll be the first point of contact for prospective studentsguiding them through course options, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth, supportive enrollment experience. You''ll work closely with our Admin and Student Support teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process and maintain high satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage and convert inbound leads through phone, email, and CRM platformsUnderstand student goals and recommend suitable training programsMaintain accurate records of lead status, conversion rates, and student interactionsCollaborate with Admin and Student Support teams to ensure smooth onboardingConduct courtesy calls and check-ins during the student lifecycleUphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all communicationsContribute to continuous improvement by sharing student feedback and insightsWhat We''re Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience in sales, student recruitment, or customer service (Edutech or RTO preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong followup discipline and MS Office proficiencyEmpathetic, proactive, and solutionsfocused mindsetFamiliarity with Australian education systems or vocational training (preferred)Ability to work independently and collaborate across hybrid teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
