This casual role supports faculty and students in the delivery of facetoface and online subjects and contributes positively to the life and mission of the College.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic and professional staff to support learning, facilitate smooth subject delivery, and assist in equipping Christian leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative and technical support to permanent and adjunct faculty in subject deliveryProviding technical support to students, including LMS assistanceCoordinating with Subject Coordinators to develop and organise unit contentWorking with IT and Digital Learning Services (DLS) to develop and maintain LMS sitesCoordinating with the Library team to support access to relevant learning resourcesSupporting grade reporting processes in collaboration with faculty and the Registry teamThis role may evolve to meet the operational needs of the College.QualificationsCompletion of a Bachelor''s degree from an Australian or recognised international higher education institution (strongly preferred)Commitment to the Christian faith that informs professional and personal practiceExperienceExperience using Learning Management Systems (e.g. Moodle)Experience in a customer service or student support environmentSkills & CompetenciesExcellent attention to detail and strong written communication skillsCompetent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloudbased systemsClear and effective communication skills, adaptable to different audiencesStrong customer service focus and studentcentred approachAbility to work collaboratively and support team membersEffective time management and organisational skillsPersonal AttributesProfessional and reliable approachAbility to work effectively under pressureHighly organised with strong attention to detailPlease submit your CV and Cover Letter to [email protected] date: Feb 13th 2026.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
