You''ll be part of a team that''s not only scaling but also actively building and extending our local presence, with the backing of A&M''s global reach and financial strength.How You Will ContributeYour responsibilities will include:Conducting cash flow reviews and preparing financial models to support turnaround strategiesDeveloping and implementing restructuring and turnaround plans, including cost reduction and liquidity management programsAdvising on debt restructuring, refinancing, and capital structure optimisationLiaising with boards, creditors, investors, and management to negotiate and implement restructuring solutionsMentoring junior team members and leading segments of complex engagements (for senior roles)Managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsTo be successful and enjoy fulfilment in this role, you''ll bring with you the following:A relevant Degree and CA qualification or equivalent (or working towards this).Informal restructuring and turnaround experience and formal insolvency experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and persuasivelyHigh attention to detail and ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and data analysisA positive and entrepreneurial mindset, with adaptability, collaboration, and a passion to achieveA strong team player with a genuine interest in contributing to a good team cultureFlexibility to travel as required by client engagementsYour Journey at A&MAt A&M, we pride ourselves on being more than just a workplace.
