As AI continues to transform the industry, we are expanding our technical sales team and need a dedicated specialist to help customers identify and prioritize AI usecases, build sustainable pipelines, and drive revenue growth.Key Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue ContributionSupport the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and guiding customers through endtoend sales cycles.Create thoughtful account plans and territory strategies in partnership with internal teams, while maintaining accurate forecasting using CRM tools.Collaborate with customers to identify and qualify highimpact AI use cases aligned to their business priorities.Technical Sales & Solution AdvisoryAct as a trusted advisor on AWS GenAI and Agentic AI services, helping customers understand potential outcomes, value, and ROI.Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution design, including model selection, finetuning, and deployment approaches.Provide guidance on model evaluation, responsible AI practices, governance considerations, and relevant compliance requirements.Customer Engagement & Market DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers and executive stakeholders through a consultative, collaborative approach.Partner with internal teams to deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and solution reviews that support customer learning and adoption.Share customer insights and feedback with AWS AI product teams to inform product direction and improvements.Basic Qualifications7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to Clevel executives.10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.Track record of positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.Proven experience growing customer relationships within an account and expanding their understanding of the customer''s business.Ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and within a matrix organization.Proven track record in engaging with CSuite contacts, communicating, and presenting with impact toward agreed outcomes.Proven track record of successful engagements with customers in Australia & New Zealand.Preferred QualificationsTrack record of driving adoption of new and disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts.Consistent territory growth and sales quota attainment.Acknowledgement of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
