The OpportunityAmpcontrol is seeking a hands-on HSEQ professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you''ll gain broad exposure across Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) topics, providing leadership, direction, and expert support across our operational sites. You''ll champion a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are highly valued in this role.What You''ll DoAs an integral part of our HSEQ team, you will:Provide practical HSEQ guidance, coordination, and support across the businessDrive implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management SystemsLead HSEQ improvement projects and risk management activities on-siteFacilitate incident reporting, investigation (e.g., ICAM), and resolutionMonitor trends in HSEQ data and drive corrective actionsMaintain accurate safety, environment, and quality documentation and registersSupport QA/QC improvements and audit follow-upsCoach teams on process improvements and system complianceConduct contractor and visitor inductionsSupport ongoing compliance with key business certificationsWhat We''re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you''ll bring:Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar HSEQ role within manufacturing or industrial environmentsCert IV WHS (or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety)In-depth knowledge of WHS legislationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsReturn to Work Coordination and incident investigation experienceCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)Passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvementAbility to travel occasionally within AustraliaHigh integrity and commitment to confidentialityEmployee BenefitsAt Ampcontrol, we believe great work deserves great rewards.
