In this pivotal role, you''ll help residents maintain secure and sustainable tenancies, working closely with tenants, support services and community partners to deliver respectful, person-centred housing solutions that make a lasting difference.What will a typical day look likeProvide empathetic support to residents throughout their housing journeyManage all aspects of tenancy from allocations and inspections to documentation and exit planningCollaborate with support providers to address complex needs and promote tenancy sustainabilityMonitor rent payments and manage arrears with fairness and consistencyBuild strong partnerships with external agencies and safety networksContribute to service improvements that align with our strategic goalsMandatory RequirementsReal Estate Salesperson Certificate or Certificate IV in Community Services and relevant experienceWho we areFor almost 40 years, our truly local team of professionals have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs to support them in living their best life.
