Be where you''re needed. Belong right here.The RoleAnglicare are currently seeking to hire a Business Optimisation Lead to join our team based in our corporate office in Fortitude Valley. The Business Optimisation Lead will make a real difference by focusing on undertaking process redesign by analysing, standardising and optimising business processes. The role will gather requirements, develop refreshed and new processes and work with cross-functional teams to bring the new processes to life. This work supports a program of service improvement enabling Anglicare Southern Queensland to achieve its objective of becoming a high performing, client-centred organisation.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define scope and key outcomes.Analyse data to identify trends, risks and areas for business improvement.Take in information & apply a range of business analytic tools (e.g. process maps, flowcharts, work shadowing) for effective process documentation and make meaning of context and content.
