OverviewOur Caboolture Home and Community Service is seeking dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. In this role, you will offer essential assistance to clients, aiding them in daily tasks to maintain independence and comfort at home. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication assistance, transportation, domestic duties, and assisting clients to meet social needs. This role will service across the wider Caboolture - Moreton Bay region.
