We believe in families and communitiesand we know that with the right support, every family can thrive.About the RoleAs our People & Culture Senior Advisor Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you''ll be responsible for the execution and implementation of OHS strategies that align with organisational objectives. You''ll champion a culture of safety and wellbeing, provide expert advice on complex OHS matters, and drive continuous improvement across our People & Culture functions.This is a pivotal role where you''ll:Prioritise Staff Health, Safety & WellbeingReview and implement OHS policies, procedures, and programs.Support our Leaders to build organisational capability.Oversee OHS systems and reporting for compliance and evidence-based decisionmaking.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes.Lead major projects, audits, and initiatives that make a measurable impact.About YouYou''re a proactive, solutionsfocused professional with personal qualities like initiative, resilience, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous learning as well as:A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (mandatory).Significant experience in OHS advisory roles, including project leadership and compliance.Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act, risk management, and best practice frameworks.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of the Community Services sector and the challenges faced by staff.A Victorian Driver''s Licence.Why Join Us?You get a total remuneration package of $125,000.Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.A full time, permanent contract.We take the Health and Wellbeing of our people seriously offering a Well Worth It!
